What?s a mess! They may look pretty on the outside, but beware. Thin walls, squeaky floor boards, noise is a major issue. The management of this property does not screen potential residents, which has resulted in heavy drug activity to say the least. They are more concerned with meeting their capacity quota than they are about maintaining an atmosphere conducive to a healthy community living. Maintenance work orders, sometimes take weeks, even months to complete if they are addressed at all. I must admit, the place has lots of potential, but they can?t seem to hire qualified, competent, trust worthy staff members to run the place. Section 8 is accepted, in case you were wondering, I have my own opinions about that. And please don?t buy into the hype of it?s location being near MBNA bank, this place lacks professionalism in every since of the word...So you decide.

I totally agree with you. When I signed my lease the only name on it was my own, however when I moved in. There was a welcoming commity of Roaches. If you like additional company I highly recommend this place.

I agree as well and have had all the same experineces. Horrible place and I can't wait to get out!
