I visit this web site quite frequently becasue I am looking for an apt. I do agree Prides Court does need work, and it has potential however Margorie was very helpful when I went to the complex. She presented herself and the shabby apts very well. She also told me that they are under new mgmt.I think that things will get better and they have great specials. I did not witness any drug activity. Actaully Prides court is on my list of apts to re visit.

I hope you didn't move in! I see drug activity daily from my apartment. I have alos seen peole sleeping in the dumpsters. When i brought this to their attention I was told by mangment that they were calling the police but it must have been to close to closing time because they closed up and never did. As for new management - they are ALWAYS under new mangement, I have seen at least 3 or more new managements since my time here.
