Are all property managers and landlords in DE on crack' This is my 4th apartment here, and this is by far the WORST! Noise, trash, stupidity, no english-speaking neighbors. None of which management cares about! The new property manager, "Anjou Pear" I think her name is, is a complete moron. Read her "hi, my name is" letter posted in the HALLWAYS!! Read the notice in the hallways about inspections that "we're doing TODAY." How pathetic, and illegal no doubt! It's no surprise this place has become such a DUMP in the last few months. DUMP is an understatement. DO NOT MOVE HERE. SAVE YOUR SANITY! RUN, RUN, RUN!!!!! CALL MBNA and tell them to build a parking lot over this place like the other person said! I can't wait to move!
