The place is nice, for less than $600 a month in rent i don't see how you can expect more, you only pay for electric, the place was clean, cabinets and appliances all new, carpet was not stained at all. what else do you want' I never had probs with the landlord cause i never had to deal with them, which is the way it should be. Some people just like to complain, i garuntee you its worth checking out, certainly a good value.

If you don't mind living in a complex with registered sex offenders, then this is the place for you.

Under $600 a month? Is your apartment in the closet, I don't think so. This guy is probably part of staff or manegment there. People liek to complian when it's easy - these people have gone out of their way to post sincere reccomendations and set-up user accounts
