Even Hell would seem heaven after staying at Prides court. The only good thing about this apartment is its cheap (less than $600)...except for the rent everything is worst.
1.When i leased the apartment, the bedroom closet was not closing...it took 9 months for them to fix it.
2. Need to live with cockroaches. Leasing guys will have someone to spray roach killer...but its effective for a week..and roach is back again
3. You need to call leasing office atleast 10 to 15 times for an emergency issue (eg.,toilet leak)
4. The only A/C in the hall hardly gives any cool air...most of the A/C's in the apartment are old
5. The maximum heat you get during winter is 65 F.
6. Leasing office guys are not friendly, dont listen to what you say...most of the time they never pick up the call.
7. Pool & Tennis court opened only in July after the winter...
