I just moved in a few months ago and am already very disgusted with this place. I think that someone in my building is dealing drugs out of their place. Well, actually, I am almost positive.

And the office staff- they are liars. Don't believe anything they say. Just ignore how they treat you, they are very rude and inconsiderate, although before you sign your lease they are sweet.

They don't respond to any maintanence requests, even if you call multiple times and go over in person to make multiple requests.

I try to be positive, so here goes that bit. There are a few pros. Parking is fine and so far I feel ok safety wise. Also, rent is really cheap. The grounds are so-so, although you will see your share of trash on the ground (beer cans, etc).

The floors are really thin and I can hear my neighbors below me. But it isn't anything I can't handle. I never hear my next door neighbors. I do like that they have a buzz in system for each building. Although it goes all night b/c people are selling drugs.

Another pro- there was no application fee.

I will not be renewing my least next summer. Ghetto, ghetto, ghetto. I think the worst thing is the office staff. They are ridiculous in how blatantly rude and inept they are. I think the younger girl tries and is kinder than the other one.

I would not recommend this place unless you can't afford anything else.
