I lived here from September 1995 until May 1997, and I thought things would have changed. The first building were I lived was a nice building, but after the fire in May 1996, they moved us to a building that was filthy, the windows wouldn't open, the noise was horrendous, and the whole time I lived there, the pool wasn't opened, and the park was unusable. Their claim of not moving back to the original building was that MBNA was buying it, and the only reason I stayed was I was told I could move back to my original building when it was repaired. After a year we were told no one was going to be moving back there, so I made plans to leave.
