Sure, it could be worse. It's not the ghettos, but the people that manage this place and their other building in Newark sure like to present it in that way. Just because it's in the suburbs I NOW REALIZE doesn't mean it's gonna be NICE. The whole place caters to loud, rude people, and I wonder why. They probably get along wonderfully with the management. No wonder any complaints you have just get thrown to the dogs. No one cares about anything around here. MANAGEMENT IS NEVER THERE. You can call every 10minutes for 2hrs and no one will ever answer. The person who manages the other place (University Village) lives there and IS NEVER AT WORK, because she is sick or just lazy. There are always problems with rent, and I'm sure when we leave they'll be problems with our deposit. This place is crap (and University Village - who is under the same management), don't even bother.

Disgusting how bad the management is here. I contact the Attorney General over this matter (302) 577-8600. Call and be heard (The management certainly will not!)
