Just yesterday, I went to this apartment complex with my sister in law to get a apartment. The manager was rude and disrespectful. He doesn't know how to treat people. If --- ------------ continue's being the manager the place will lose all of there customers. Who ever owns this apartment complex should take a close look at this, because by the manager treating customers like this, isn't right, I would not recommend this apartment to nobody because of the management!!!!!!!!!

Disgusting how bad the management is here. I contact the Attorney General over this matter (302) 577-8600. Call and be heard (The management certainly will not!)

I completely agree. We really need to take action. The manager acts more like a Dictator of the property complex rather than an administrative employee. He is very uncivil, rude, and has bro--- two of the tenant rights against us when we moved in by telling us ON the day that we moved that the apartment was not ready (kitchen and bathroom were not functional!!!) Instead of being apologetic he is rude, and did not even pay for substitute housing for us as required by Delaware law). We really need to lobby with the management that this type of behaviour is unacceptable. He is unbelievably rude, unreasonable and confrontational. The Attorney General should also be continuously informed.
