Not bad for the money

I have lived in building 8 for over 2 years. It's an old building with gaps around the doors and windows that let in bugs and cold/heat. I keep a can of bug spray in every area to stay on top of any critters that decide to pay me a visit. It's located in a nice area close to stores and whatnot. They have a pool (I've never gone for a swim there) and a sand pit with a net for sports. There is also a walking path that tkes you around the complex. It's nice on a warm spring day. For the money I pay per month ($529) it's not bad. I know of people paying more for worse.

Yeah - Not bad if we lived in a 3rd world country!
Sounds like you out to try to move up in the world? Most appartments do not have gaping holes, cracks and bugs so bad you need your own personal can of bug spray in every room? I am not sure if you are joking here or not? Lets hope so! lol
