I've been living here for a little over 2 years, sure when i first moved in i had bugs, had to deal with RUDE management, and all sorts of other malfunctions. Reciently the apartments were taken over by new management, and i have really seen a change. They moved me out of the apartment i was having a problem with roaches in and put me into a better one, which still has to be exterminated every so often but that is to be expected when you live in a apartment. I have never had a problem with loud neighbors, but then i live on the top floor. The new management is really nice, they took care of problems in 2 days i had been complaining to the old manager about for months. I would now recomend prides court to other people, and have. So don't knock it until you try it!!!

Sounds like another misguided attempt from the management to entice innocent apartment seekers once again. (why would you be anonymous when you have a complement to reveal? ). I would be EXTREMLY CAUTIOUS!

I have to agree with vsammons. I lived there for nearly 1-1/2 years, and management changed during that time. At first it was fine, but then it went to pot. In fact, I lived in Bldg 17 when it burned in 1995, and they put me in a crappy bldg. I only took it because I was promised when my building was rebuilt, I could move back. After over a year, all of us were told the building had been sold to MBNA--at that point I decided I wasn't going to renew my lease.

I feel the same as the previous 2. I just moved in this past March and if I see another roach I am going to flip! I requested for my place to be exterminated at 6 x's to no avail! I can't stand it!
