Just so so. The noise from Rt 896 is sometimes intolerable. Maintenance is good though. Office staff is pleasant. Parking is a problem, many times residents will have parties and each person takes their own car and uses up all the spots. Older apartments like these sometimes have maintenance issues. They are usually taken care of right away. Some elderly residents live here too, but it is NOT a senior citizen community, so do not let the office staff tell you it is. I lived here for nearly 3 years and got out. You can do better, but you can also do worse. The rent keps going up each year with no improvements to the quality of life here.

I have lived at Regency Square apartments for 17 yrs, and I love it, the office staff is great and they take care of maintenance immediately. There is not the noise and distraction from the University students, I just love the wild life from the pond and can walk to the stores.
