I have lived there for two year, now I really want to move to somewhere eles. I really like people live there. Most of residents are elder people, they are really nice and keep the apartment quite and clean. The mantainses service is good as well, any time you call, they will try to fix your problem the next day.
But there is also something very very bad. For example, most people lived in the third floor experienced leaking from the roof when the rain is very big. Although Management offered free carpet shampooing in your apartment they didn't intend to conpensate your own property loss.
The rental here is actually above the average rental in Newark. But I don't think it worth that much money any more. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
