	Really bad manager, totally irrespinsible and useless. One word: "horrible". Also, house is old. The quality of this apartment is going down. Not recommend this apartment.

	Just so so. The noise from Rt 896 is sometimes intolerable. Maintenance is good though. Office staff is pleasant. Parking is a problem, many times residents will have parties and each person takes their own car and uses up all ... more
