We recently moved from a rather large house to a 3 bedroom, 1 den apartment here. The apartment is unusual in that it has a circular staircase leading to the two bedrooms upstairs. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom, and there is a fourth bathroom on the main floor. Each apartment has an electric fireplace, which looks remarkably realistic.

We have both a porch in front and a balcony in back. Both have wood decking. The porch is large enough for a table with umbrella, chairs, and planter boxes. The balcony is smaller, but there is room for a gas grill, a table, and a chair. The kitchen is generously sized, as are the bedrooms. While the combined dining area and living room could be larger, it is adequate.

There is a clubhouse, a work-out room, and a pool. Residents can have a complimentary bagel or English muffin and coffee breakfast in the clubhouse.

My only complaint is the landscaping. In front of our building there is no grass; there is mud and crabgrass. The owner seems to be trying to remedy this, but the landscapers employed have no idea what they're doing. Hopefully this situation will be remedied soon.

In sum, these apartments have unique, great layouts, and while they are not cheap, they are a good value. In addition, the rental agent, Barb, is a wonderful person, as is the apartment's handyman, Michael. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
