Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
This place is noisy. You can definitly hear every sound your neighbor makes, the walls are paper thin. Seriously do not live here unless you don't mind being kept up by the footsteps and voices of your neighbors. Many types of trashy people reside here, but can't escape that, its Delaware.
