The lease says "no dogs", but there have been many and nothing gets done about it.
Maintenance is a joke. Sometimes I wonder if there really is a maintenance person(s).
Overall, I'm outta here as soon as my lease is up!

I AGREE, THIS PLACE IS A DUMP, IT SHOULD BE CALLED "GHETTOWOOD"!

C'mon folks lets be fair! I had some minor issues during my stay also. But I must admit that all of them were responded to promptly. I've seen three different managers while I've been residing here and improvements have come with each shift. The maintenance team is reliable and fast. I'm home during the day and I see them frequenting various buildings and zooming past my apartment, so they must be doing their job!! The office staff is always pleasant and readily accessible. My requests are always handled within reasonable time. So as far as it being called "ghettowood" I would have to disagree. Is that whatyou call a place that provides their residents with FREE breakfast with a smile, FREE parties and gatherings, FREE themed social events, and the list doesn't stop there!! There are only a small handful of communities in this area that provide those services and amenities. I'm feeling rather unique about my place of residence.
