As someone who lived "Down the street" I agree with the previous review. It was such a relief to be at a place where you didn't constantly have to "watch your back" regarding the Management, and actaully being treated decently and not brushed off.
I feel much safer, my neighbors not on drugs or dealing them. Also without the weekend noise "Down the Street" had. I agree about the mud, it needs to be addressed and there are a few minor problems I have. But compared to where I moved from this place is great!
