Don't know where to begin. Management staff is horrible, rude. The staff is allowed to promise anything they want before signing the contract, but only the superiors are allowed to authorize that once the contract is signed. SO don't believe all that's promised. Make sure you check out the apt no matter what they say about construction going on and they are not allowed to show it to you and all that crap.
Their business center is hardly a business center. The printers don't work...it's just there.
Gym is too small and inconvenient.
Did I mention the staff is utterly rude' You go to the office for help and the look at you like they are doing you a favor by saying hello, They do brush you off unlike the previous review. None of the people working on weekends have any authority, so don't even try to get things done on a holiday...why are they open then' Don't know.
Too expensive, noisy. You hear the train honking 24 hrs a day.

Oh my gosh...funny I found this review. My BF and I went apt. hunting and narrowed it down to Rockwood or St. Andrews, with Rockwood in the lead. I went back last Tuesday and asked to see the apartments for which I would be applying. As mentioned above, they gave me the run around, citing painting, etc., and the liability issue. No matter how logical I tried to be "how do you expect me to apply for an apartment I can't see?"...they wouldn't concede. I left. I'm now looking at St. Andrews, but....??
