You lived here for 2 years' Then you contradict yourself: "Management has always been friendly to me. Can't speak about previous management. They are always easy to talk to and greet me with a smile when I go to pay my rent." If you lived here for 2 years, you KNOW about the previous management! And they were better then the current office staff!
Rockwood SUCKS, in almost all aspects. There are drugs and noise, not just from the train, but from neighbors, loud music, etc. Just as in the description you mentioned about St. Andrews...........there is NO getting away from it, not in this area. Rockwood is FAR from luxury. The ONLY thing it has going for it is the size of the apartments, nothing else.
