and really like it here. There is the occasional loud music or noise from neighboring apartments, but I've lived with much worse.

The apartments are very expensive, and the top floors are not insulated well at all, so the heating and cooling costs are astronomical. I'm willing to pay for the actual apartment, but with electric costs rising so much, that may be the reason I move.

I've had no problems with maintenance, either, and really have had no reason to interact with the office staff. I also have an issue with the mud and would absolutely love to see grass! The parking lots are treacherous when it snows and the plowing is not very good. Parking is at a minimum and the contractors always seem to make the parking situation worse by piling snow and ice in parking spots - especially those closest to the buildings. There is always a lot of snow and ice at the curb, as well which doesn't melt forever and makes it very difficult to get to your car without falling.
