DO NOT recommend this place. I don't know who writes all these sweet reviews...as I don't see anything close to what is mentioned, except ofcourse the cost of the apts. There are better places out there to choose from.
Rude staff! Smelly place, poor maintainance. I had to live with a running, leaking toilet after I moved in for months before somebody came and fixed that for me.

Why is that the negative reviews are all posted anonymous? IT's a shame that people use this site to bash this nice complex, they must be the ones not paying their rent or causing the problems. I have never experienced any problems within my stay there. I moved out in May of this year ONLY because I purchased a house or I would still be at Rockwood. I had wonderful neighbors and really enjoyed the breakfast bar in the morning. The office staff was always friendly to me and only had maintenance at my apartment twice for minor issues. The only thing I would recommend to the staff is hiring better landscapers to grow grass instead of dirt mounds. Rockwood look so much better.

The negative and honest reviews are by people that are stuck here for what ever reason they can't afford to move elsewhere. be glad you could afford a house, management changes, sometimes for the better, here it was for the worse... If you were a "breakfast bar" hang out buddy with the office staff you got treated different than the 80% that didn't !! Anonymous? people fear retaliation, the fact that soooo many people have been leaving asap since 2006 just proves it isn't the place it used to be... also Crime discovered Rockwood, this place used to be sort of hidden behind the farmer's crop fields, and set way back off the main road rt 40... not any more.. Be glad you had or have a good experience here, but don't call those that had an awful one liars...
