I swear this place is a dump, it's next to these huge powerlines which are a known fact in increasing your chances of developing cancer. The grounds are not kept up well at all, take a look around for yourself, it just shows the lack of care the landlord has for their tenants. Management is second rate, there was a mold problem in my unit which was never taken care of. The neighbors are a whole other story, very loud since floors and walls are not concrete. There are so many other better places to live in Bear/Newark then here, they maybe alittle more in price, but I'm telling you it's worth it. Save yourself from the headaches.
