If you want more for your money than move here! I have lived in Rockwood since the day the place was built. Where can you go were they serve you breakfast, throw parties and really care about the people and not just the $$$$' The ones writing negative reviews must not pay they rent, got kicked out or never lived here in the first place. The only thing I would recommend is better landscaping and maybe a car wash area. I love it here and plan to stay for another 2 years until we can buy a house.

With out a doubt a lot of people loved the place when it first opened and Barbara was in charge... You see the complaints start like crazy in 2006, people leave instead of trying to fight the management problems. I never knew this site existed until my insurance agent showed it to me!! wish I had before, it's a good tool, just like mapsexoffenders.com when you want to sift through the over 1100 Newark apartments..
