I just moved in 2 months ago and I really like it here. I have 2 small children and like the fact that they can play in the open courtyard right out back so I can see them. It seems to be very quiet here and my neighbors are really friendly. I like the fact that before I start my busy mornings I can walk the kids to the breakfast bar and get waffles and bagels. (Whoever thought of that was a smart cookie). Office staff was great during my transition of selling my house and moving into an apartment.I haven't needed maintenance yet.. IT sounds like whomever is writing these nasty reviews has nothing better to do than bash apt. complexes. Life must be boring for you!!

Another short term renter, who didn't have to fight an office battle, not everyone can afford a house, if I could I wouldn't be here past the first year, looking to move !
