I lived there for a year and loved it. Like one of the other reviewers, I suspect that the poor reviews are from competing apartment complexes. While I was there my daughter and I felt very safe. The complementary breakfast is really a time and money saver. They host resident events quarterly (which we really enjoyed). I found the management to be helpful to me whenever I needed anything.

You get what you pay for and Rockwood is worth paying a little extra for, in order to have a great place to live. The only reason I don't live there any more is because I have my own house now.

Why be annymous if you are gone? I moved in after you moved out, within 3 months the place was nothing like it was Spring 2006 or before... Yes Stephanie is a good party thrower, but I want a well run complex not events that less than 20% of the complex attend !!!
