Yeah, I see they barely stayed a year, back in 2006 ! A short term person for a couple months in the fall, will see the best time, kids in school most of day, they probably didn't live here long enough to have to try and deal with any of the problems that become obvious sooner or later depending on what building you are in, how much time you spend at home etc...
