I was also taken in by the spaciousness and seemingly quiet atmosphere. I have been here close to one year. The apartment walls are paper thin. Unfortunately, I have a family with kids living just upstairs, who keeps running around well into the wee hours of the night and at times, it gives the feeling of the ceiling coming down on you. The staff are totally unprofessional. The place boasts of a fitness center, the machines of which donot work and are antiquated. They offer "free" breakfast, but beware of having it from there. The stuff they serve are frozen for weeks and never fresh. Considering the premium they charge for the apartments, you are better off looking at the nearby St. Andrews if you want some return for your money.

There are a lot of shady characters as well who keep appearing regularly during weekends near the garages at the back.

Totally agree with this review, the shady garage characters, many do not live here ! They rent them to anyone, which defeats a lot of the safety claims, this is not a storage facility ! I was shocked to learn they don't keep the garage spaces strictly for tenant rental !!!!!
