I've been at Rockwood for 3 years. Up until 6 months ago, it was the perfect place to live. Yes, there was the occasional problem, but everything was attended to promptly. Since last fall, the tenant population has become a real problem. Constant partying, loud music, screaming on balconies, and constant public drunks is becoming the normal way of life at Rockwood. This is no longer a home, and it is not safe to even walk to your mailbox.

What street do you live on?? I have been a resident here for 4 years and have never seen the things that you have mentioned. I love it.

Yep know exactly where you are talking about, or else it is in addition to around building 1000 on Gregory, I can't believe that tenants are not smart enough to call the main office and complain (our # after 5pm get's you the operator who asks which complex? You can tell them you are in Rockwood but want the message to go to the Mid Atlantic main office. Ed Davidson I hear gets tuff with the somplex managers) Everyone that was here when Barbara ran the complex agrees it was top notch, the few still here now from when she was in charge keep asking for her to come back, For such a small complex (compared to Korman and St. Andrews) it is amazing how people don't see or hear what so many complain about, then leave because it is getting bad and will get worse.
