I moved July of 2005, moved out in June 2006 and moved back June 2007. Have things changed- yes. I'm now in a 2bed room on Cindy drive. Are there more kids, more cars, less parking, and increasing rent- yes. I live in Rockwood now and overall still enjoy it. I have to be honest though, the walls are paper thin. No matter how hard you try, the people hear your every move and vise versa. At first I thought it was the rude neighbors but the truth is these were poorly built apartments.

Now, the staff on the other hand can be a hand full. Stephanie the property manager is ok, but the others have to be put in their place from the start. They're rude and try their damnest to get over. The maintence guys are very nice, and I've personally never had a problem.

Recently more and more things have gone wrong, fridge stopped cooling, garbage disposal stopped worked, but maintence responding quickly.

I haven't had very many problems and overall am content. Besides, I've seen every other apartment complex in Newark and other then St. Andrews, Rockwood probably is the nicest and still affordable. Could they make some changes- yes; but its still an apartment. We're only considering moving because we want something bigger..
