Rip-off on security deposit!

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
I moved out after one year, left almost everything as good as I found it and was still charged $200 for carpet cleaning despite leaving behind a spotlessly clean carpet. Tried to dispute the charges with management but they would not listen. Watch out!!
