About three or four days ago I decided to write a review about Rockwood Apartments in Newark,DE. For the most part it was a positive review in that if you don't like where you live, then you find someplace where you and your family are happy. Crying about it and acting like a baby is not the way an adult deals with life. well for about 2 or 3 weeks now I have been seeing people walking around with dogs,at least 5 to give a small estimate. my next door neighbor has not one but 2 dogs. I say about 80 pounders. pretty dogs but when I moved here I had to leave my thoroubred German Shepard,trained by the Capt Haggerty Organization, in New York, because I was told by management that Dogs weren't allowed on the property. When I called the office I was told that these where corporate tenants and that you have to have the money to rent a corporate apartment to have a dog. I think they call that economic discrimination..I say if I can afford the money to rent one of Mr Pettinaro's apartments then I have the rights to do what ever anyone else in the complex is legally allowed to do. That's Constitutional law dude. shame on you Mr.P. Your people are misrepresenting your organization, because when I called The office of Pettinaro construction, i was told by someone named Nancy, that The man with the dogs is moving out. That was not my intention for him to loose his dogs but to get mine home with me. The next day I saw a man from the P office enter the apartment of my neighbor and shortly later moving furniture trucks outside is house. last night his dogs were back, being walked by his kids with nothing in there hands like plastic bags or pooper scoopers to clean up after his dogs to say if they where to boo-boo or something. that is what dogs do when you walk them isn't it. Maybe they picked it up in their hands and put in their pockets. Also I would like to know how much pet deposit these special corporate tenants are charged to have these corporate dogs that are discriminately allowed to have. I know my grand daugther was so sad leaving her dog that I had to get a cat not knowing that mid atlantic was going to charge me $106 for a flea and tick shampoo that happens when and if I decide to move. and a $500 pet security for having a cat...Hmmmm. So,if you want to know what the real deal is in the "Rock"
