The apartment is very old and have lot of things to be fixed, all the fixtures are also old. You can find plater of paris breaking at the all the edges and looks ugly. Wood of the door frame is of poor quality.
You would also be surpriced with the GAS bills, which comes nearly around $100 - $120PM
Also had problem with Noise of the vehicles going on the road beside the apartment due to poor quality of the window glass.
I would not sujjest moving in here
