I am writing this for anyone in need of a reputable apartment complex. This one is not it !!! I stayed there from July 1 to Nov 30 & had constant water damages from the apartment above. The apartment is in need of major renovations. Looks like it was built in the late 70's & never had a face lift. The first week i stayed there i had my truck broken into & the management didnt care either way. They have no lighting for you to see at nite at times. And when i spoke with the officer to report the break in, he informed me that they had requested the complex to install better lighting which they have neglected to tell anyone. If you ask for a crime statistics they will not tell you, but refer you to some county building. Also, they charge enormous fees for pets & when it is time for your lease to expire watch the cancellation policy. They will stick it to you. I had to pay for an extra month that i was not there. They will accept anyone regardless of credit so that kinda tells you the people you have living above, beneath & next to you. thank god my home was finished being built that i was glad to get out of that lease.. RENTERS BEWARE!!!!
