Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
 
Not screening new residents... rude, wild teens hanging in hallways, wash rooms, and on the front and rear steps.. they smoke there drugs, have sex in the halls... etc.
parents DO NOT supervise their children! Look at the teens wrong and they act like they are going to break bad... what a joke!
