Smells bad, crowded parking lot, run down apts

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
Good: Apartments are large and cheap.
Bad: the hallways always smell terrible, they are run-down, laundry facilities are too expensive and inefficient, office staff is very, very rude, parking lot is always crowded and there are many cars parked there without parking passes, they do nothing about this and I have to park elsewhere just to get to my own home, ridiculous!
