Nice amenities; noise a problem!

This apartment complex is by far the most affordable in town if you want amenities such as dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit. The apartments are very spacious with plenty of storage.
The biggest problem was noise. The units are not well insulated (which makes winters drafty as well), and ALL of my surrounding neighbors had no clue about common courtesy. I was CONSTANTLY battling ridiculously loud music, parties, and fights. Although I found my apartment to be quite homey, I would up moving because I could never get any peace and quiet.
