Used to be really nice, not any more!

Years at this apartment: 1994 - 1999
I lived here with my son and fiance for 5 yrs from 1994 to 1999. It was a nice, quiet and peaceful community and the best location was above the rental office! (That building was prime location in general with the nice courtyard that your balcony overlooks.) In the last year living there, it drastically deteriorated. The class of people moving in, along with the lack of proper maintenence to the apt. The kitchen cabinets were horrible. Other than that, it was a comfortable place to live for a while. Three of my child's bikes were stolen, one was found dumped off Greenbridge Rd, frame only. I normally would recommend it here, but the quality of living there became worse and who knows how it is now 6 years later!
