Poor management

As previous reviews mentioned the good and bad, one issue that stands out is the manager of the property, ------- ------ who simply failed to respond to many legitimate issues of the aging apartment units. You are definitely not going to have a new apartment unit but that is not so much of an issue if management just takes care of things when they go awry. However, if things broke over the weekend, chances are they are not going to be fixed until mid to end of the week unless the problem caused management to bleed money. Also keep in mind high electric bill for old appliances and poor insulation. The good is the complex is relatively quiet but the walls separating the units are paper thin. I had heard my neighbor pee on the toilet, sneeze, talk on the phone, wake up to the alarm,....

utility bills.. oh gosh i remember they were horrible when i lived their around 20 years ago, and at that time the appliances were dates.. that alone is scary.. but the utility bill at spring run was more than twice what it was for a 3 story townhouse i had in Baltimore.

I agree, our electric bills used to be $200 over the summer. But now, at our new place, I have never paid more than $70 for electric even with the AC running. I can't believe they still have not replaced the old a$$ equipment in those units...shame.
