It always amazes me how people are so darn critical! DIDN'T YOUR MOTHER EVER TELL YOU THAT IF YOU CAN'T SAY SOMETHING NICE, KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT!
Yeah this place has its problems but there are worse and there are better. And some of you complainers lived there for years and yet you kept on staying.
What, you wanted something that you felt you deserved and was told no' So you go write some stupid review. I do agree though, that for a little while, Spring Run does have problems with maintenance but we never experienced the neglect that some of you refer to. That ----------------- used to be so nice but towards the end of our stay, seemed a little rude and that we were a bother sometimes. We liked the women in the office. They were always pleasant and professional and did the best job they could.
And yes you can hear people thumping up the steps. And yes the hot water doesn't last too long if you run a load of wash and then try to take a shower.
My biggest concern was the windows. They are very drafty and need replaced. That would definitely help with the outrageous electric bills.
We lived there for 6 years and it wasn't all that bad. I hear they are upgrading the units that probably should have been done 10 years ago. They are apartments and living in apartments is a certain style of living.
We have a house now and let me tell you, it hurts alot more when you are paying the bill for repairs.
I have read reviews for alot of complexes and have friends that live in others and guess what no matter what the rent is there are problems.

As someone currently trying to find a better complex, I am sick and tired of anonymous posters claiming it's the staff whenever there is a good or honest review. If I believe every bad review on this site, then there is no where to live. EVERY apt complex has the same bad reviews.
