Spring Run is a great place to live with one exception. My neighbors and I were conversating about the electric bill...If they would upgrade the applicances, install new windows and doors we would be very very happy! That's the only negative about this place. I've lived here for 3 years and the electric is outrageous. A very nice place to live.

Just how "outrageous" is it. My husband I are thinking of applying there, but the rent is already a stretch for us. If the electric is pretty bad we may have to look elsewhere.

keep looking management will suck you dry when you move out i took them to court over my deposit and won my case they put charges on me for routine wear and tear
