I cound't have agreed more with the other review. It seems like in order to save money in hiring a qualified individual to fix the problems, they hire the worst people possible and in my case things never got fixed at all. The office workers are not customer service oriented. Treating tenants like a bother when they go to the office like "what do you want now". Take it from me and the other review.
