I don't know what these people are complaining about. I've lived here for about 3 months now, and have had no major problems to speak about. I had issues with my heat a few times, but they were promptly at my apartment fixing the problem. As far as noise goes, yeah it's a little noisy (not really in my building), but what do you expect' It's a 30 year old apartment complex. It still isn't bad for the rent. The office staff is very friendly. We just had 6 inches of snow, and they were out plowing before i was awake (at 9:30 am). The only issue I have with the place is that THE PARKING IS ATROCIOUS. Other than that, I would recommend the place (if you're a college student that is seeking a decent place. I don't know what adults with families think about the places)
