It is obvious that the two tenants have a personal beef with the office staff. I think the staff is very pleasant and conduct themselves accordingly. These ladies have a huge responsibilty; maintaining good customer service, making sure the tenants needs are met, entertaining at the tenant functions in the clubhouse, and helping maintenance. I've had the manager cut a key for me and urn my breakers back on when maintenance was busy. I support these ladies 100%
