Manager is extremely rude once you sign your lease; maintenance is very slow and you'll need to call more than once for the same thing; apartments are not cleaned well before move-in; stairwells and patios/decks are coverd in a layer of grime - need to be professionally cleaned on a regular basis.

The previous comments on this site about The Apts. at Pike Creek HAD to have been submitted MOSTLY by the staff. No way do most of the tenants agree w/the comments made by other writers.

Sad but true. I could slide on the grime/scum on my deck which they NEVER clean. Gross.
