I wrote the below review "Looks like the office is writing their own reviews", a friend of my mother who still lives in Summit Pike Creek Apartments, told me within 3 days the office would write a phoney positive review. It took one day. They must constantly review this site as if it were their own "paid-for advertising". The review itself is laughable. No specifics just the usual "Oh, I love it here". Really, do you think people can't see through you and your phoney reviews'" It is so general in nature only an idiot would believe it. As I said this place is passable, but the rent too high for the area, and the maintenance not up to par. I am surprised at the management being so desperate. The office is obviuosly writing most or all of the positive reviews. Try maintaining the complex, first.

I live here and this place sucks. They spend so much money on landscaping but nothing on maintaining the buildings, which are dirty, outdated and rotting. This place is definitely not worth the money.
