This place is going to be a low class slum.
I heard from talking to someone who was in the office how much the rent is here now. They are giving this place away to rent these dumps. They are falling apart and nothing is being done to to fix anything. The new tenants are probably low income with the the low rents here now. I know I am not renewing my lease Ican't wait to get out of here. And for the prior management staff at least they were friendly to everyone and smiled when you came in the office. Too bad thy are no longer working here I guess they bailed out to.

Those so called nice people were all fired for not doing their job. of course the tenants liked them because they kissed their butts instead of working. i will agree with you though that the rent is outrageous for some and extremely low for others. that's with any place though. those that move in high demand times are going to be a different amount than low demand times. that's just the way any market goes. it's extremely rude to assume that low income people are not worthy to live in a high class place. nice manners. low income people at least work for what they have and don't expect everyone to do everything for them.
