BIGGEST REGRET WAS MOVING HERE

THE PROS: NICE GYM 85% OF THE TIME WHEN YOU GO THE EQUIPMENT WILL BE AVAILABLE THE POOL IS CLEAN AND YOUR ALSO IN A GOOD AREA I NEVER FELT UNSAFE WHILE LIVING HERE ALSO THEY HAVE A NICE WOODED AREA SCENE WHERE YOU CAN SEE DEER RUN AROUND IN THE PRIVACY OF YOUR DECK... ALSO THE MAINTENCE ARE THE BEST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED WAY BETTER THEN THE MANAGEMENT

THE CONS: VERY COLD IN THE WINTER NO MATTER HOW HIGH YOU HAVE THE HEAT ITS ALWAYS FREEZING PLUS ON TOP OF THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR HEAT MY ELECTRIC IS ALWAYS OVER 100 DOLLARS IN THE WINTER AND SUMMER MONTHS I HAVE A TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT BUT ITS STILL VERY SMALL AND THE LIVINGROOM IS MADE AWKWARD SO U WILL HAVE A DIFFICULT TIME SETTING UP FURNITURE THE MANAGEMENT SUCKS BIG TIME THEY HONESTLY THINK THERE GODS GIFT TO THE WORLD THERE ARE APARTMENTS ABOVE THE HILL THEY WERE CALLED ENGLISH VILLAGE BUT HAVE RECENTLY CHANGED THERE NAME THE RENT IS SO MUCH CHEAPER YOU'LL SEE PEOPLE PUSHING THERE SHOPPING CARTS UP THE HILL WITH GROCERIES WHICH DOESN'T BOTHER ME AT ALL BUT WHAT DOES IS I FIND THEM THROWN DOWN THE HILL SO INSTEAD OF SEEING A NICE WOODED AREA FROM MY DECK YOU SEE 4-5 BANGED UP SHOPPING CARTS HANGING AROUND... NICE!! ALSO MY CAR HAS BEEN BROKEN INTO AS WELL AS A GENTLEMAN A FEW APARTMENTS FROM ME HAD HIS BMW M3 STOLEN!!! AS FOR CALLING MANAGEMENT YOU ARE BETTER OFF CALLING THEM AND HOPE FOR A CALL BACK THE NEXT DAY THAT IS IF AS LONG AS THEY DONT HAVE A HAIR OR NAIL APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED. ALL AND ALL RENT IS WAY 2 HIGH AND THE MANAGEMENT GETS ANNOYED IF YOU CALL REQUESTING MAINTENCE
ON SOMETHING YOUR BETTER OFF GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE ITS A GREAT AREA BUT NOT WORTH IT AT THE APARTMENTS OF PIKE CREEK.... GET A TOWNHOUSE
OR GO ANOTHER ROUTE IF YOU LIKE THIS AREA....

Just moved in Foxwood ... apartments "up the hill" ... never seen anyone pushing any shopping carts. Maybe you should of moved here, it's much cheaper, very nice & quiet ... and recently renovated too.

You are crazy! I have never once felt that way here, and the office staff has always been amazing with me. But maybe you need to learn how to talk to people better and then you might like the response that you get. Great advice.

I totally agree with this person. I lived there for less than a year. And I've found Pike Creek to be the worst place to live, and the rent is very expensive. I rented a two bedroom/2bath apartment. The apartment was very small. We had to downsize, so the furnitures etc could fit. Most of my stuff was in storage. We get a patio, but cant put a grill or anything like that on there. I hated everything about Pike Creek. It took maintenance forever to fix things!!!! My SUV was also broken into, we recommended video camera's in the neighbourhood. Not sure if they installed any. For the amount you pay for rent, I thought they would treat us much better!!!! I went and get a townhouse, and loving it...Paying the same as Pike Creek. All my stuff fits, so no need for storage. And did I mention, They need a better pet policy, cause you cant walk on the lawn/grass without stepping on SH*!
