I have lived at the apartments at pike creek for about two years now and up until they hired this last property manager this place was great. there was always great rapport with everyone, resident functions, and a really welcoming feeling every time you walked into the office. now that this new lady has been in the office the past few months no one even wants to go near the office. she's rude, talks down to you, treats you like you are a pain in the @ss if you ask any questions and flat out tells you that what you think doesn't even matter. i don't know how this woman has lasted this long, but she is bringing down the entire property. my neighbors and everyone we run into in the parking lot all have the same opinion and we all are planning on moving. the company has always had great employees who have made us feel welcome and now they have her which makes us all question the company's true goal. it obviously isn't to make the tenants happy. i call in problems with my apartment and when i give them to this new manager i then have to call over a week later every time to find out what's going on only to find out that the work order was never even given to the maintenance guys. stay away from this place, it is no longer worth the money.

I total agree withthelast review, the manager is very rude and always makes comments that are not professional at all. If this woman stays here I am moving to she obviously does not like her job. I have been waiting for things to get fixed in my apartments since I moved in 6 months ago. My car has been vandelized three times and nothing was done to fix the lighting in my area. Save your money and rent elsewhere. The management company does not even care. They have no amentities that work in this place. The tennis court is a joke!

Manager, meaning the business manager? Or the leasing manager? Just curious because I have met both very recently and am considering moving to the complex...
