If you are thinking of living here I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. I am a current resident. I've been here 2 months and I am already looking for somewhere else to live.

The electrical wiring is dangerously unsafe. You'll notice your lights flickering constantly. You'll also here weird pops coming from the walls and you will spend a good bit of time resetting circuit breakers. The problem is that many of these buildings burnt down a few years back and the rebuild was not done properly.

If you attempt to get the management to repair this problem they will start by telling you it is a delmarva power problem. After you contact delmarva power and they come prove that it is a building wiring problem, the management will simply ignore you.

About half the air conditioners in the complex are broken at any given time. I've been waiting a week for mine to be fixed and it is currently 115 degrees inside with unbearable humidity.

Don't be fooled. Check everything before you move here because noone is coming to fix it.

If you truly believe the wiring is unsafe you can call the Fire Marshall and report it. They should come and inspect the wiring. If they don't respond call the News Journal and ask for help.

I was considering moving to Pike Creek Apts but after reading the horrendous revivews, I will look elsewhere. Thank you to everyone for the "heads up". To those that do not recommend this place, your reviews are valuable!!!! Again, thank you.
